HitHighs was launched with a small, dedicated team and a clear focus on search performance. Resources were limited, but curiosity, discipline, and a commitment to doing SEO the right way shaped the foundation from day one. Those early years were spent testing strategies, building internal knowledge, and learning what truly drives sustainable search growth.
2011 — The beginning
We grew to 30 full-time employees
By 2014, the team had expanded significantly as demand for our expertise grew. We completed hundreds of in-depth SEO audits and helped businesses recover from major algorithm updates that reshaped the search landscape. This period marked a shift from experimentation to execution — refining processes, strengthening technical expertise, and building a team capable of handling complex SEO challenges at scale.
2014 — Building momentum
We were rated one of the top 3 SEO companies
By 2016, HitHighs’ work was gaining strong industry recognition. We were ranked among the top SEO agencies in Ukraine, reflecting both consistent performance and growing trust from clients. At this stage, our team had expanded to nearly 60 full-time specialists, all focused on delivering measurable results across active client campaigns.

As demand continued to grow, HitHighs began working with an increasingly international client base. By 2018, the majority of our clients came from markets such as the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Norway, and Japan. This period also marked our move into global knowledge sharing. Our team started presenting SEO insights in English at international events and conferences, contributing practical experience to the wider SEO community.
